Mrs. Irving has been in the EFL industry for over fourteen years. She has lived and worked in Asia where she taught ESL (English as a Second language) to native Mandarin Chinese speakers and coordinated seminars and programs to aid the Asians to better understand and appreciate Western culture. In addition, she has made several trips to other countries namely, Singapore, South Korea, South Africa and Hong Kong to do research on their educational system and culture.
